Deborah E. Batog concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and transactional matters, including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, work-outs and related litigation, but began her legal career in general practice.  Deb’s general practice background provides her with a broad base of knowledge and experience, which is an added benefit to her clients. 

Deb represents a wide spectrum of clientele, including institutional and private lenders, family owned businesses, limited liability companies, corporations, trusts and individuals, and values each client relationship.

Deb resides in Franklin with her daughter.  Deb is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Tri-County and enjoys volunteering and participating in community and charity events.
