Brian concentrates his practice in trust and estate planning and probate administration.  His experiences in both lifetime planning and post-mortem administration have given him a unique perspective into the planning process, allowing him to expertly advise clients and guide them during various stages of their lives.

Brian strives to ensure that clients are properly educated about all aspects of their estate plans.  By listening closely to a client’s needs and carefully presenting all available estate planning options, he will craft a plan to ensure the most effective and efficient transfer of assets in accordance with the client’s wishes.

Upon the death of an individual, Brian will also assist the executor of the estate through the complex probate process, from filing the proper documents with the court, preparing estate tax returns and making final distributions in accordance with the will.  He also advises trustees on issues including fiduciary duties, trust accounting and discretionary distributions to beneficiaries.

Brian currently lives in Boston with his wife and baby daughter.
